It's Time for THE Talk...

No, not the sex talk...

The 40/70 Rule Talk, that is...

Time to talk to our parents about their finances, driving, future lifestyle choices, end of life health care, wills and deposit boxes, etc.

The '40-70 Rule' means that if we are 40+, or our parents are 70+, it's time to start the conversation about some of these difficult topics.

    This is my life. Ugh. My poor mother just tells me like she wants it, put me in a nursing home, she says, heres where the will is, these are our investments. The decisions she has had to make about my dads care lately are scary. But then again, I guess these are teaching moments for me.
